He keeps saying “You know… my phone, you can watch tv on it.”
I’m like NO SHIT I have a Galaxy S3 and my sister/mom have iphones we can too.
Him: This phone is so amazing. I can just hook it up to my computer and put all my music and ringtones on it from there.
Me: -HEADDESK-
But then he asks…
Him: Do you know how to make it so I can make a letter uppercase?
Me: I’m gonna fucking murder you. (I go on a rant of how I already explained all this shit to him yesterday and I’ve never seen the HTC so I wouldn’t know for sure unless he let’s me see the phone)
Him: Something you don’t know about technology is things like these phones are usually built the same, with similar ways of doing things.
Me: I DON’T KNOW? I DON’T KNOW! I’ve set up my own computer plus my moms, all it’s programs and settings. I’ve set up all the tv’s in the house including the cable boxes, blurays, apple tv’s etc. I helped you when I was fifteen study for your electricians re-licensing test and aced the practice version on my own when I know nothing about being an electrician AND you were just asking me to help you with the set up of your phone that you’ve had a week and still haven’t figured out how to use and I DON’T KNOW TECHNOLOGY!?
Oh and the real kicker is I just downloaded all his photos from his old phone onto my computer by just plugging it in to the usb which he didn’t know you could do and he was just emailing them to himself a few at a time instead.
My cousin was working on OZ: The Great and Powerful during the last few months of production late last year/early this year and while there was able to get Sam Raimi to sign this poster of the wicked witch for me. He told him about my upcoming heart surgery and how I had to quit my art classes this semester because of it. My cousin knows how much I love Wicked and the Wizard of Oz and worked on getting me this for a few months. I’m so excited and I was crying when he gave it to me tonight! Just the boost I needed. I’m still literally shaking from getting such an amazing artist to sign something for me and making it so personal. If you can’t see what it says…
